Because moister got in my outside building and ruined allot of my furniture and the insulation was falling in my building and covered everything inside also since I’ve had my 10x10 it’s gone up way to much multiply times without warning the office people were very helpful and offered to clean the insulation out and gave me a discount when my rent went up without noticeThey were always helpful and willing to help at the industry parkway cube smart in NicholasvilleBut cube smart their selves I believe give horrible prices for the buildings they provide when I can get the same in town through Hayden for 60 a month which is what mine started at just about before cube smart took over and when I closed it out the other day my payment was up to 130 and at times 147 when my renters insurance didn’t show up I wouldn’t recommend your service to anyone. You all are over priced and the ceiling of the outside units are in horrible shape also I get real congested when I would go to my building to start clearing it outta due to the insulation
