I rented the storage unit from Prime for an agreed price of $245. per month! My rate was increased 3 times while I was there, with the last increase being $389. per month!

Sara was very helpful and friendly in providing answers to all my questions in being a CubeSmart customer.The unit was clean and while I was there I could tell that there were many other customers using the units.This was my first experience in using a storage unit and I fee; it met my expectations.

First off they don’t keep maintenance on buildings and the roof fell into my unit ruining about 5,000 dollar worth of stuff that I could only get a maximum 3,000 back. Second off back to the maintenance again the ac in my climate controlled unit went out and was never fixed so the stuff I had left was ruined from heat. Lastly the rent is way over priced for what you get and customer service isn’t that great.

You all raised the rate 2 times in 2 months. That was the final straw for us and is why we moved out !

Friendly staff, reasonable price

My unit at the Nicholasville location was clean and secure, and Sarah was always friendly, professional and helpful.

RV storage monthly rate went up too often. Also, it is not level, grass around our site was not mowed but was controlled with weed killer, and trucked parked in front of us was so close we had difficulty parking and hocking up.
