Tons of mouse, poop and mice. A very nice sofa of mine got ruined due to mice and mouse poop.

I had been in this storage unit for 12+ years. Over the years the cost had gone up gradually, but never over $10-$20 at a time. When CubeSmart took over, my payment went up $50 within the first 4 months making my payment $396/month which is absolutely ridiculous considering a new member could get the same size unit for less than 1/2 of that. There is ZERO reason it should cost that much for a storage unit that isn't even temperature controlled and requires nothing from the company itself other than working security cameras for the entire facility. I was on the fence about moving the last time my cost was raised, but this increase pushed me way over the edge. This facility also does not answer any phone calls, and when messages are left for them through the customer service line, they do not return them. I tried for 3 days to get in touch with them, and was not successful. When I finally had a day that I was able to go to the office in person during business hours, they informed me that they had received my message and had proceeded with entering my ending date, however they never contacted me back to confirm. If I hadn't have gone in, my days would have been very numbered to remove my items. There was ZERO communication. I have several family members that also had units at this location that will be moving to a different company or have already.

The units are clean. The staff is very easy to communicate with! It’s not a bad price for the unit itself.

The unit was very clean and everything was easy to get the stuff in and placed netley and the lady in the office was very nice and was so helpful thanks guys

Everything as expected, online reservation was simple and straightforward, no hidden pricing or fees - excellent deal for the size of the unit I rented.
