In my experience my belonging were quite safe while I had them stored at Cube smart. If the MGR needed to get access to my unit, repairs, maintenance, etc. they were very communicative.

I have been questioned by the manager for spending time in my unit. I rented a climate controled space because I am a quilter and was trying to sort and organize my fabric. I have also at times stored expensive sewing machine there. He informed me that all I was suppose to be doing was picking up or dropping off. I am not living there, i am not running a business from there. I am sorry, I am 75 and it takes me time to organize my fabric and select the right colors for the next quilt I plan to make.

Why did the worker there tell me that I had to leave the cellar on the 27th and remove the padlock and the well that I left it on the 28th when it's a lie and I have proof and they charged me one more month
