Stupid management

Always received quick communication from a very nice staff.

The store manager rude. Locking my unit after 3 days late. Calling and calling my phone. Texting my phone saying call the office like we are friends. No name nothing just text call the office. I probably would have kept the unit longer but did not appreciate the harassing.

My unit was reasonably priced and property was well maintained. I dealt mainly with Jeff and Fred who are managers of the store and they were very courteous and worked with me on price when it went up after a few years. I rented the unit for 4 years total.

It was a good price before it went up, which I was warned it might happen. Everything was explained

The managers running the place do a great job keep the place clean and organized and very respectful.

You guys suck almost charging me enough to just rent a studio for storage because it wouldn't almost been the same price, always charging me these bullshit lein fees fuck your company u guys are crooks. You guys basically costing me about 9k a year and your spaces are not the actual footage u say it is never again, what was costing me about $800 a month i pay $150.00 for eat a dick stoney ever contract me again.

The rental manager was the reason I stayed. He was awesome.
