Pricing was getting to high, and it seems to have been a yearly occurrence.

Rich the manager was excellent. He went over everything and took us to see different size units. Made our decision to rent here easy.

We received a great promotional rate for the first six months, but on the 7th month our rent increased by almost $100. For a 10x10 unit, the rent started at $168 and then went up to $240 after the promotional period.Late fees range between $45–$50 and are applied on the 6th day after the billing date. There is no flexibility in adjusting payment dates, and you’re only given five days from the billing statement date to make your payment before a late fee is added. I strongly recommend making sure your billing date aligns with your pay schedule before signing the contract to avoid additional fees. When I decided to vacate, I was initially told that if I emptied the unit by the 5th, I could avoid paying for the full month. That date didn’t work for me, but I was later advised that vacating on the 6th would be fine and that I would only be charged the prorated difference for six days. The following day, I went in to return the key and pay what I was told would be approximately $80. Instead, I was charged $108, which included a late fee that they said could not be removed.I was disappointed that I was charged nearly half a month’s bill for only six days, along with a late fee, especially after being told something different beforehand. At that point, I chose to close the account to avoid any additional charges.I also later found out that returning the key isn’t necessary—you keep it and can use it for future rentals. That wasn’t explained clearly either.I believe clearer communication and transparency upfront—especially regarding rate increases, billing timelines, late fees, and move-out policies—would make a big difference for customers. I hope this review helps others ask the right questions and fully understand the terms before renting from any storage company.
