The facility I had been a customer at for several years has several serious issues:1) my rate was really out of line with the market and with the rates for new customers. The managers negotiated a lower rate and credit with me but failed to honor the agreement - and would not send it to me in writing. Then they failed to respond for several weeks to inquiries, etc.2) the building was insecure for a month without explanation - anyone could access the building 24 hours a day with no need for security codes, etc. I alerted management but never got a reply.3) upon vacating I discovered a mouse infestation in my unit. Items were damaged and dirty with mouse poop everywhere. Alerted management and again no response.

Easy to use, both the webpage and phone app.

My things were in great condition after being storages more than 2 years. Also ease for cancellation and the app.
