My unit was in the 4th Floor and the air conditioner was not enough to get there, in the summer it was really hot in the 4th Floor. I told that the manager and they obviously did nothing to fix the problem. Also, the front door broke several times and it took many weeks every time to fix it. Bad management, I don't know if it is at this location or is a regional or headquarter problem, but this facility is the worst that I even been in my 20 year experience renting from different companies and locations.

Your staff is not professional - I asked for a rate adjustment to be closer to your new customer rates and that of your competitors. My rate was more than 2.5x that given to new customers and up to 3x your competitors. I was told rate could be reduced and some credits given but I did not receive this info in writing as I had requested - and instead what was promised was not what I was charged. And it took your staff a month to get back to me then charged me a late fee. This is horrible customer service.I was a customer for 7 years in this location - one of the first to move in.
