CubeSmart increases your storage rate when you are not expecting an increase. Move-in rate was great. Then comes the first increase and then another increase. I emailed the site manager to express my concerns, but no response. Would not recommend.

Jennifer and Cherokee are the bomb. I was at that unit for over a year anytime I had a problems/concern they addressed it immediately. Great job ladies you guys out there doing man’s work and looking cute doing it. Thank you so much.
