Storage unit broken into stuff stolen and claim denied. Not the first problem I had there but the first time dealing with theft. I’ve paid insurance and rented that unit for quite a while. Never again will I choose cube smart.

I had an amazing experience with staff. Storage was ample. Pricing was perfect and I would store again when needed. Sheena was very friendly and made it a point to check in to see if I ever needed anything and how things were coming along. I would rate her customer experience 10 out of 10.

The unit is slightly smaller than advertised. I asked several times if this unit was as advertised.

Your stipulations for boat parking do not accommodate travelers. Not every state requires trailer registration

Someone attempted to break into our unit by drilling a whole through our lock and we were never notified. We were in town for Christmas and at that time we stopped by to pick up a few things. At that time we learned about the attempt.

The management there is supers and staff are very helpful

I have been a CUBESMART customer for over 20 years. And my rates went from $60 a month to $250 a month. Whereas a new customer can rent the same unit for about $71 a month. I feel like I have been raped Over and over again and have been shown no mercy or Customer loyalty.
