I've rented a unit for several years and had always had a good relationship before Cube Smart took over the property. Since the has increased almost each year. In the last few years I have had constant issues. I've been locked out of my unit when I was fully paid with the excuse they sealed the wrong unit. This happened several times. No one seemed to be in the office when I needed to get it cleared up. No one would return calls. Cube Smart just increased their rental fee again. In the last 3-4 months no one was in the office or on the property. The office personnel wold park their vehicles in such a manner that you had to get out and walk up to the keypad, but again no one was in the office. I've had enough.

High for no reason. Rent prices keep going up. Roaches in units but going up for what?
