The manager on site, Jamound, was easy to work with & very reasonable, great customer service.

I didn’t like the fella who was managing the storage facility..he was constantly riding by my unit and stoped and gave me some grief a few times because I had my unit door cracked and was going through some personal items ,I have enormous coin collection and didn’t want the word to see it ..anyhow that really pissed me off ,but I’ve had a unit there in the past and never had that issue,I’ve moved to another facility and I love that I did…

The employee was really nice and he gave me the right size for the things I needed to store

The price increases over the past year and 4 months is ridiculous.They literally are forcing you to move out.

I had rats in my unit one found dead. My sofa and a varieties of pillows were damaged that I can't use them . Rats drippings throughout the unit .

Smell. Lights go out in building. I fell into a door in the dark on unmarked uneven concrete. Knocked 2 teeth loose have intention of screw on my head. I received an email that someone was going to contact me irregardless to the incident and no one has.
