Ty Williams is a great manager at the 4950 Watt Ave, North Highlands. CA storage facility. He made the tour of the available storage very pleasant, taking me on the "golf cart" and saving the unit for me when I had to adjust the date of moving in 3 days later. He has a very pleasant demeanor, professional business sense and shows genuine interest in the welfare of his tenants.

Staff were very nice. Place felt looked after and I felt safe. Some corporate policies I think need improvement with clarity with leasing online.
