Ty Williams is terrible customer service! His gross attempt to extort money for a storage unit is petty and negligent on Cube Smart reputation. I paid for the unit I reserved online only to given a unit that was incapable of being used for my item knowing ahead of time what I planned on storing! So to demand more

Ty Williams is a great manager at the 4950 Watt Ave, North Highlands. CA storage facility. He made the tour of the available storage very pleasant, taking me on the "golf cart" and saving the unit for me when I had to adjust the date of moving in 3 days later. He has a very pleasant demeanor, professional business sense and shows genuine interest in the welfare of his tenants.
