My unit had dead roaches and 6 dead rats. The rats chewed over $3000 worth of items. The cubesmart manager took photos, admitted it was their fault for not calling pest control and apologized, he stated insurance would reimburse me for the items. However the insurance company said it doesn't cover rodent damage in the policy so nothing can be done.
