I moved out of my units 3 days after I had gotten billed, I feel that a part of the month should have been reimbursed. Other storage companies do that. Other than that, my experience was fine.

The accommodations were clean. The reason why I left is because a year ago when I started I paid $55 a month a year later I’m paying $95. They add fees a lot and it’s at least $15-$20 a month so totally outrageous.

It was very convenient, brand new when I rented my unit. I had one bad experience with a staff member ( I think she had some mental health issues). Bathrooms never clean.
