The only reason why I gave an 8 instead of a 10 is because it gets too expensive if you use the storage area long term.

Super easy and convenient. I reserved the unit and started the move in the same day (on a Sunday). I made the move from StoreSpace after they tried to do a 23% rate increase 4 months after I moved in. I'm hoping CubeSmart will offer me an opportunity to be a long term customer.

Excellent reception by the manager. Very helpful in the logistics of the facility. Very clean with very good lighting. Easy to get to upper levels. Great price. Could not be happier

I was there 3 months and all of sudden you raised the rent on my unit 200 dollars in one shot!!!!!! With 39 days notice. Terrible buisness model. Im sure it's great for your buisness model but it's clearly taking advantage of people.
