“Property managers” constantly walk by and look into storage unit while working on it. Getting in the way, when speaking to the managers they can’t address the issue and terminate the lease. Also one of the property managers yelled, exhibited aggressive behavior and was cursing at me the customer.

Linda was fantastic! Friendly, professional, thorough. She answered all of our questions and helped us select a unit that was perfect for what we need. Facility was clean and well lit. Price was great!

The only reason why I gave an 8 instead of a 10 is because it gets too expensive if you use the storage area long term.

after a few months of storage, the monthly price went up significantly.

The woman at the front counter is a wonderful person all together. She should be given a raise.

Super easy and convenient. I reserved the unit and started the move in the same day (on a Sunday). I made the move from StoreSpace after they tried to do a 23% rate increase 4 months after I moved in. I'm hoping CubeSmart will offer me an opportunity to be a long term customer.

People are VERY HELPFUL and always friendly.
