Wasn’t happy that we were forced to pay for the insurance. Would prefer to have chance to opt out.

Facility is great, but the cost is high. It’s better to sell your stuff than store.

I would have put down a 10 but I was charged a late fee for one day late and never had a history of being late.I requested one but never heard back from anyone.

Very efficient process from start to finish! appreciate a clean, safe and suitable storage for our daughter's things while at URI. We will definitely come back for next summer. Great service and professionalism.

Good experience

Staff was helpful and accommodating. We'll be back at the end of the school year to store items for the summer. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to update or edit the contract. Our daughter had to sign and it was in her name and we had to pay for insurance over the summer when it would have been covered under our homeowners if the policy was in my name. It was truly too difficult to change after the fact.
