I gave the score above because I am not satisfied with Storage services due to the pricing structure. After only about two months, the price significantly increases, which feels unfair and not clearly communicated upfront. This sudden increase makes it difficult to plan or continue using the service long-term, especially on a fixed budget.

Lupe was very courteous and she explained everything very well about the storage. The area is very convenient for me as a customer, and the area was clean. As a disabled veteran no discount was honored.

Our store manager Lupe always goes above and beyond her job. I’ve rented with cube art for the last three years and never has Lupe disappointed me. She’s always there in the office and she’s willing to help if I have any issues with my storage unit. Granted the locks were are given are not the best, but Lupe always seems to figure it out . I’ve never had any problems with cubes are thank you Lupe for everything that you do.
