I can’t clearly express how profoundly disappointed I am at how I was treated as a long term customer with the relentless and ridiculous rate increases. The day I move out you have the audacity to advertise the first month free to new customers? The pain to literally falling off the building. The doors need to be sealed better - too much dust gets in. For rate increases, I would give a zero, but there’s 5 points given to site management who are helpful and great to work with. Look around, there’s too much competition for you to increase rates like this.

We were renters for 10 Years and you just kept raising rent. You went up to $440.00 per month when a couple just two doors away just rented for only $168 per month for same size. I feel you dont appreciate loyal renters. The managers are great but I feel corporate doesn’t care. We would have stayed a lot longer but you out priced yourselves. Why don’t you take care of the people that are loyal. Corporate isn’t very smart. Corporate is very greedy. There is no reason to keep raising rent.

Employee at CubeSmart gave my information to another customer and included my email address in their lease, someway somehow. Absolutely ridiculous and regret not looking into it further!

Staff is great to work with. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is personable.
