The facility is clean, easy to access the manager. Angela is amazing very knowledgeable and always there when you need her.

I would have rated CubeSmart a 9. However, your rental increases have brought that down to a 6. The frequency and size of the increases are excessive, and there is no indication they will stabilize. The pattern of constant rate hikes is the only reason my rating is lower.It has become a never‑ending increase cycle. If a unit starts at a promotional rate, I understand that it will eventually rise to the standard rate. But that is not what’s happening here — you are exceeding the stated regular rent and continuing to increase it beyond that. That practice is unreasonable
