Friendly service and easy access to unit.

My unit was robbed and trashed. I wish that CUBE Smart had security cameras and handled the situation better. More importantly, they were not upfront about lock usage and previous break ins when I moved in. Would have appreciated the facility requiring special locks which are more difficult to break off.

I called and was able to get everything done over the phone in under ten minutes. Arrived at the gate with my belongings and used the app to open it without having to exit my vehicle. The instructions were spot on. No confusion whatsoever.

The employees are almost never in the store when they are supposed to be open. I was waiting in the parking lot for an employee to open the store. She arrived 15 minutes late, and when I tried to go in, she told me I needed to wait. I went back to my car for another 10 minutes, while she prepared for opening the store. Unprofessional!

Easy safe clean....

I got my stuff stolen worth over 10 g and I found out yall dont even have cameras inside the building. Worst experience from a storage unit ever. Would never recommend to anyone. Even with the insurance they only offered to pay 10% of the worth of the stuff stolen

Staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The app makes it so much easier entering and exiting unit area.

Employees and customer service are the best

I didn’t get my one month free as they advertised.I got only two weeks free.In ten months time I was there ,they increased the rates twice.
