I only need to store temporarily. The property was clean and Susan was pleasant and very helpful! I would definitely circled back to this location if I need to use a storage again in the future.

I can’t clearly express how profoundly disappointed I am at how I was treated as a long term customer with the relentless and ridiculous rate increases. The day I move out you have the audacity to advertise the first month free to new customers? The pain to literally falling off the building. The doors need to be sealed better - too much dust gets in. For rate increases, I would give a zero, but there’s 5 points given to site management who are helpful and great to work with. Look around, there’s too much competition for you to increase rates like this.
