We were renters for 10 Years and you just kept raising rent. You went up to $440.00 per month when a couple just two doors away just rented for only $168 per month for same size. I feel you dont appreciate loyal renters. The managers are great but I feel corporate doesn’t care. We would have stayed a lot longer but you out priced yourselves. Why don’t you take care of the people that are loyal. Corporate isn’t very smart. Corporate is very greedy. There is no reason to keep raising rent.

Employee at CubeSmart gave my information to another customer and included my email address in their lease, someway somehow. Absolutely ridiculous and regret not looking into it further!

Staff is great to work with. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is personable.

It was very easy to use the access was convenient through the app and everything was very customer friendly.

The storage space is very nice and the employee nice friendly and good customer service

Cube smart is extremely clean. However, the yearly increases were a shock especially the last one that takes effect this month which is $50. I honestly didn’t appreciate the high price increases.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. at first it was out of my way. But after meeting George and Sharon i knew that was the place for me.

Susan at the Ann facility was so awesome, always helpful and was on top of the property through management and cleanliness. It was a wonderful storage experience for me thank you! I would highly recommend.
