I went personalky to Cube smart since I had never rented a storage unit and the person who’s name is Amity was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain to me everything about the storage and he showed me a couple of units based in the price range I was looking for. Plays is super clean and very secured.

It's a great place. And clean, safe.

Because I think you give an initial price, but after two or three months you increase it. It has already happened to me twice

Prices keep going up

No início, a experiência foi boa e o processo de locação foi simples. Porém, após algum tempo, os reajustes de preço começaram a acontecer com frequência e de forma extremamente abusiva. O valor aumentava muito acima do esperado, tornando inviável continuar com a unidade.Entendo que reajustes fazem parte do mercado, mas acredito que deveriam ser mais transparentes e razoáveis para clientes de longo prazo. Infelizmente, por esse motivo, precisei cancelar meu contrato.
