I ve been a client for 3 years…the price went crazy high so I decided to change as new customer gets better price…I only asked for a small discount I stay in the same unit but they say no and were closed to any discussion so I had to move from one storage to another in the same building ….a lot of effort for me that could have been avoided with better client service
