I needed the unit for a short time since I had to turn in apartment while trying to get my house and go to California at the same time. This was very convenient and I didn’t have to move things from apartment within a day to then go to California.

Customer service is excellent. Staff member was superb. She was very friendly and has excellent customer service skills. She explained everything in great detail.

Cube Smart provided a variety of sizes and prices were fair until huge increase in May which prompted us to empty it.

My bank account states it did take my payment and you said I did not and got charged an extra fee so I paid three times for no reason try to message the manager in no response.

When I came in, I met with Kristi. I came the next day and met with a different woman. While helpful, she was incapable of comprehending an email address so therefore I did not get any paperwork digitally which is more convenient. She had to be inconvenienced go print it out due to her error of not spelling the email correctly after providing it 5+ times.
