Large price increases during the storage period. Water infiltrated the floor of unit making things a muddy mess. I've asked for a prorated return of rent for time paid for & not used now that we are out of there, awaiting hopefully a favorable reply

Winter upkeep is abysmal. The service area needs to be salted. The driveways are iced covered, an accident waiting to happen. Someone is going to fall and break something. Its not that hard to keep a safe environment around the outside lockers.

The interior storage space was clean, dry and well lighted. The only minor comment I have is the exterior entry door was not in the best shape. Other than that, all good.
