No reason haven’t been there long enough

Several times no access to freight lift.. Mngr said take an hour plus to get there!!!Got out early by 1 week and no prorated refund! Will seek other services from another company. Raise rates too often!

Low price, friendly staff, easy to access, climate controlled.

The prices of our two units went up and up and up to ridiculous amounts. We asked for relief as long-time customers amd were told no. Now the same sizes we moved out of are listed 80% cheaper than we were paying!The facility was poorlymaintained over time. The seal on our exterior door was gone and wpuld not be replaced. The pull rope broke off our units and many others but was not replaced.
