-The manager Kristi is extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Can't believe shes working there.- they don't shovel in winter so giant snow piles in front of unit that gets snow dragged in and out of the unit. Say they use a plow truck but must not use salt bc the concrete is always covered in ice even days after when its now snowing.- raising the price after being there only a few months (which ive heard happens to alot of people) is deceptive and messed up- mold in the unit*will NEVER recommend this place due to each of these reasons. I let others know how horrible it is as well.*

The customer service was fine enough, but CubeSmart is still higher than its' competitors as it relates to cost for lockers. So, I would recommend competitors for cost reasons.

Unit was not very nice due to its age and you raised the rent $30 a month after four months of our renting. I moved out to a climate controlled that was less money, cleaner and larger with lighting.

The cost of the small climate controlled indoor storage was extremely expensive in my opinion. We used it simply for Christmas decorations.
