Cart is always locked in office, bathroom is always locked, doors are frequently broken, lights are off after office hours.

Your representative was very rude from the start. I had ordered 2 units with the lady weeks ago and he calls me day of and persuades me to just take a large instead. I get there and had concerns with the large if it would fit my stuff because it had a net at the top. Also my movers came with me and they were thinking it wouldn't fit..we ask to look at a large outside, and your representative was frustrated and rude to both me and my movers. Also we ask for carts to move the stuff and he said he can provide "just 1"!!! We had a truck full of stuff and he expects us to walk everything over! Also he needed to keep an ID for it! I said I have to get back to my house so I said you can photo copy it, but he said he needs the actual ID, I said I would be breaking the law the moment I hop back in my car! I never heard of a storage unit needing to hold an ID to move, and just 1 cart!! It was bad, I started calling the place down the street, but my movers were already getting the stuff in the place. So I am here to say that was the worst I was ever treated at a storage facility. I had to apoligize to my movers for the disrespect.

The unit was always safe, secure, monitored and clean.Never an issue and the staff were very kind and friendly.

Professional, helpful, and courteous.

My cost increased 3x in a year! No improvements were made to the facility. No communication about when storage unit was inaccessible.

Storage price is expensive. It served its purpose.

The staff were very rude all the time. They never answer the phones nor do they return them! When you come inside the facility, they act like they’re irritated with you for coming in. Why work in customer service?!

The associate was rude and acted like helping us as customers annoyed him. We waited over an hour for someone to show up so we can book the reservation, the associate did not return at the time they placed on the office door.

Not secured enough

Someone from cubesmart called ( caller ID) and asked for access code. The man had a funny voice and since this is my first time in self storage I gave the access code. Found out I am not ssupposed to
