Price gauging! Never missed a payment but price would jump $50+ each year. Started at about $90 a month. Ended at $386.76! When I asked why and if I could get a reduction, the fee was reduced $20'

I have been renting two spaces. The rent increased on one unit by almost 40% after 4 months. When I tried to down size one of the spaces by reserving a smaller unit online, the manager told me I could not have the discounted rate b/c I was a current renter. I was also told I could not rent a unit in the area that I requested. I am still renting one other space and I am certain, the company will raise my cost again , essentially forcing me to move out.

No complaints only praise. Thank you for being there when I needed a clean place ready to accept my belongings. They were kept safe and dry. Thanks again.
