This specific to the north Randall Ohio location. The worker i interacted with is a jerk. He was there at 1130am on thursday oct 23rd 2025. He explains nothing. He quipped "Good" in an extremely rude tone when I checked out and said the unit was empty.

Price gauging! Never missed a payment but price would jump $50+ each year. Started at about $90 a month. Ended at $386.76! When I asked why and if I could get a reduction, the fee was reduced $20'
