Office door locked every time I needed to talk with someone.

You have completely priced me out of my unit. We have gone from $140 a month to$370 a month in approx 4 years. These units are not climate controlled so I don’t know what costs you have that are rising that quickly

Because you more than doubled my monthly rate in the span of 3 years. Thanks so much for being just another greedy company.

Poor customer service

The storage unit was adequate, and it was nice to have had it be climate controlled, but it was on the second floor, and very difficult to move things in and out as such. The elevator was very jicky, and so we couldn't use it for the most part. The real problem was the cost..... For what we had, and having to carry things up and down two flights of stairs, the cost was exorbitant, and it went up and up and up and up in just a very short time. Faithful customers should be rewarded, not punished.

Great location, very clean and secure.

My main reason is the ability to count on the Manager Mindy to be there and help anyway possible if needed.Easy access and safe and clean environment.

It was a very well maintained facility

Cost too much. Price increased disproportionately to need/use/inflation. The price was a gouge and unnecessarily high. I felt comfortable with the security and access.
