Great location, very clean and secure.

My main reason is the ability to count on the Manager Mindy to be there and help anyway possible if needed.Easy access and safe and clean environment.

It was a very well maintained facility

Cost too much. Price increased disproportionately to need/use/inflation. The price was a gouge and unnecessarily high. I felt comfortable with the security and access.

The staff was very easy to work with always very responsive to my after hours calls and my stuff was kept safe

Corporate increased my monthly rate a month after signing up for the promotion. The whole reason I signed up was because the price. Obvious bait and switch.

The storage was safe, clean, convenient and reasonably priced.

I didn’t appreciate the attitude of the woman who runs this facility. Because of construction delays and accident traffic, we got to the facility with our U-Haul just before 10pm, which we were told that that’s when the gate is locked and we couldn’t access our unit. As we were in the parking lot trying to figure out our options since we were supposed to return the truck that night, the property manager started yelling at us from an upstairs window telling us we had to leave the parking lot. She could have mentioned the strict guidelines (including that we would be locked in the gates if we were there after 10pm with no way out), when we talked to her on the phone that day.I called her during business hours the next day and asked for a refund and told her we wouldn’t be renting a unit there after all. I called another CubeSmart close by (talked to someone in a call center). After the documents were sent via email for my signature, I got a call from the same property manager saying she runs that one too. Even after I told her we were fine with just renting from there, as we were running out of time to make a decision, she kept insisting that she would not be flexible and the same rules would apply. I agreed multiple times, but she kept on making the same statement over and over so I decided just to finds another company to rent with just to avoid this woman in the future. Very rude and I’ll never rent a unit from CubeSmart in the future because of her.
