Not safe, broken door, high rent, climate controlled on 80⁰, not able to use mobile to get in gate & still kept raising the rent.

I have had 3 units with CubeSmart and closed-out 2 based on no longer needing them. I still have one unit. The property is always clean and accessible, billing is understandable and notified. It is expensive, but close to my home and safe. I wish there was someone on property more often when I have questions or a need, but I understand it may not always be possible.It would have been nice to receive a reminder after giving my 10 day notice before the last day. I had been on holiday, things were hectic, and the date slipped my mind and I had to pay for another month of empty units because I missed removing the locks by the last day. That hurt, and I have learned my lesson. Thank you. Heather

Great accessibility and location .

I'm paying a premium for climate controlled 10x15 ($200 / mo), but it's a sauna in the building. I have another climate controlled unit at Southlake Storage and there is no comparison. I spoke to your manager and she apologized and said corporate makes her keep it at 80 degrees, which is CRAZY! She said she sweats every time she goes into that building. I'm so pissed that I'm paying the premium and you can't tell the difference between in inside and outside. What a scam. Charge a premium, but keep it at 80 to save on electric bills. Terrible first impression of the property and brand.

Storage was nice and stayed clean. Communication was good from manager. Left because they're were a few rent increases for no reason other than to make more money.

Always helpful when I called. Never had a problem.But didn’t like when my unit went up in price for no more service than I had. Loyalty doesn’t mean anything.

Mindy is really helful and have assisted us and explained all the things we need to know about the facility, we are glad this facility is just a couple of blocks down from our home - a well maintained, secured storage facility.
