Setting up rental of a storage space online was super simple. Great customer service! Brad explained the process for ending the use of my storage space, and was available at the location on the date and time he told me he would be there. Thank you, Brad!

The GM Tara is incredibly rude. I had questions I sent via email. She called toRespond. Always from Different numbers. I don't pick up calls from numbers I don't know. She claimed she couldn't answer the questions via email it wasn't allowed and against policy. I asked her to leave a message answering the questions because when I called the facility no one answers and I won't pick up her call as an unknown number. I could barely understand her with all the “ums” every other word. I'm shocked this is a general manager wirh such poor communication skills.We finally were able to move The stuff to the rented unit. I get there and had rented a 10x5 unit. It is 9.5x4!!!!! I email complaining because once again no one answers the phone. I also ask for a price adjustment as the unit is not the size advertised. We don't have room for a few things we planned on storing there now. She responds via email (remember she had told me it was against policy to answer emails yet.….) Her email she stated we will not make a price adjustment it is construction standard for the unit to be off by a half of foot. And weCan vacate the unit if desired! No refund for whah was already paid. Plus what we paid for movers and the U-Haul based on the dimensions they supply! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the AG of Ohio as this is false advertising and bate and switch all very illegal.

Simple, quick and easy to get a storage unit. The facility is clean and I would definitely recommend thus far.
