I gave it a 10 because it was an easy process to move in and and out and it was very cheap for the storage I had vs other storage companies and the staff was very nice and helpful throughout my entire stay with cubesmart.

There were no rolling carts to move items from the loading platform to the storage unit.

I enjoyed my time at this facility. My unit was easy to access the staff was very helpful and the grounds were always clean.

Price increases too aggressive and frequent.

The location was secure (even in a not so great neighborhood), easy to navigate, and clean on the few occasions we visited. Roberta, who was on-site when we decided to use that location for our storage, was friendly and efficient. The app was useful for keeping track of things and of course, for accessing and exiting the storage facility.

Customer service is not very friendly and also too many laws and restrictions in my opinion.

The unit was really difficult to wheel a 500 lb motorcycle into. There is no lip and just a large step up which made it really hard for me to do, especially as a woman. I had to get assistance in order to get it into my outdoor "drive up, dreive in and out" unit as it was advertised to me. Some of the units look like they had an incline but mine did not.
