The unit was really difficult to wheel a 500 lb motorcycle into. There is no lip and just a large step up which made it really hard for me to do, especially as a woman. I had to get assistance in order to get it into my outdoor "drive up, dreive in and out" unit as it was advertised to me. Some of the units look like they had an incline but mine did not.

It's a good storage, I've used this chain before. This particular location has 2 small steps in front of every elevator - it's extremely inconvenient to move heavy dolly through those steps!!! If I new about this "feature" in advance, I would never rented a unit in this location!Elevator we have uses stopped working in the middle of our unloading a truck process - it was a nightmare to move all our work to another elevator on the other side of the building!

I wish there was better communication when there are repeated increases to our unit cost. We were with you for probably close to 15 years and as I explained to Roberta in your office, there’s been a lot of personal and illnesses that I have been dealing with. She seemed abrupt short with her answers, rude comments and her overall behavior was not one that’s conducive to customer service. I worked in customer service for over 30 years. We do appreciate everything that you have done best in the future.

You increased my monthly fee THIRTY percent after 3-4 months. That was not disclosed upfront. Very misleading. I would have kept my things there for a year otherwise.
