Not super friendly office manager.Also, the unit has a big step up with potential for harming tires, making it challenging to park a car into it. It would have been good to have been told about that beforehand so I could have been prepared.

Monthly cost was too expensive, pricing kept increasing. Westy’s storage is $50 cheaper per month for same size unit and no price increase for two years.
