Excellent Customer Service by Todd and Immanuel. The Fair St, Norwalk, CT location is great: very clean and easy access. The reason for the 7 is I don't appreciate the 25% rate hike after only 3 months. I've learned this is industry practice unfortunately but I think you need to make it more clear to customers that the prices change so quickly.

The leasing process was easy. Marian was very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. I'd give a higher rating if the carts were in better condition and if there were a restroom in the facility. Moving is hard, and very time consuming, and a restroom would be very much appreciated.

It was a fine service. The price felt okayish, and it was kind of annoying hoe long it takes for them to fix their doors.
