Todd at the Norwalk office was great. Truly helpful and efficient. The facility was perfect. Never a problem, no mold or anything. Not even much dust. My one complaint is the rate at which the price grew. By the end I was paying $260. For the same size space you were offering on your website for $90.

Too many price increases over a year. People from the condos outside the storage unit entrance smoking pot. Locked bathrooms. Broken lights. Constant elevator problems.
