The employees are wonderful, but the roll down security gate hasn’t worked for over a year and the covered parking area is full of pigeon droppings. It is disgusting!

The unit was clean and efficient when I first got it 4 years ago. When I left doors were broken, Bird poop everywhere and I got stuck in the elevator at least 2 times. Place was I mess when I left a week ago. The monthly double by the time I left which I guess is punishment for staying local to a dirty storage unit.

This is my second time renting from the Oakland Park, FL location, and as I complete this rental, I remain pleased with the facility. Not only is the location convenient, but it is also staffed by people who provide excellent service. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Brittney, the location manager, is excellent in her role as a company representative and always willing to take a few moments to understand her customers' needs better. My thanks to all!

The storage unit was over all kept clean and safe! I didn’t have any issues except the fact that the pricing went up but it wasn’t the biggest concern my move was up anyways !!!
