The Security is seriously lacking. I had to show a weapon in order to get out safely and I called the office to tell them what happened in two weeks later no one called. I went in and told the manager, and she said that she was concerned for her safety too. I think CubeSmart is being cheap when they won’t keep their tenants safe. And they let homeless people continue to live in their units.

Raising rent by 25% in 2 months. Less then integral no morals or values

Friendly staff, easy to access my storage also. Everyone in the office takes care yo make sure all questions are answered and that you get the help you need.

I emptied my unit EARLY, but was not offered a refund for days that I didn't use....

The garage is very dirty anymore. It seems there are always maintenance issues as well. Several times people have parked in front of my unit blocking me. They could easily put up a sign telling people do not block or park in front of unitS. I don’t suspect I will come to your business anymore
