The employees are wonderful, but the roll down security gate hasn’t worked for over a year and the covered parking area is full of pigeon droppings. It is disgusting!

The unit was clean and efficient when I first got it 4 years ago. When I left doors were broken, Bird poop everywhere and I got stuck in the elevator at least 2 times. Place was I mess when I left a week ago. The monthly double by the time I left which I guess is punishment for staying local to a dirty storage unit.

This is my second time renting from the Oakland Park, FL location, and as I complete this rental, I remain pleased with the facility. Not only is the location convenient, but it is also staffed by people who provide excellent service. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Brittney, the location manager, is excellent in her role as a company representative and always willing to take a few moments to understand her customers' needs better. My thanks to all!

The storage unit was over all kept clean and safe! I didn’t have any issues except the fact that the pricing went up but it wasn’t the biggest concern my move was up anyways !!!

Shakira, the manager, along with the rest of her staff, has been incredibly professional, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Their customer service truly stands out.The facility is kept in immaculate condition at all times—clean, organized, and secure, which gave me complete peace of mind storing my belongings there.
