I’ve had an outstanding experience at CubeSmart Storage located at 5061 SE 13th Ave in Oakland Park, FL. Shakira, the manager, along with the rest of her staff, has been incredibly professional, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Their customer service truly stands out.The facility is kept in immaculate condition at all times—clean, organized, and secure, which gave me complete peace of mind storing my belongings there. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility. Excellent team and exceptional service!

I just started with your company, so far the experience is great but I was told about 3-6 month increases so I am not sure yet.

My unit went up from $145 to $208 within less than 2 years with no explanation.

One of my units became flooded and I had to trash all my soft materials (pillows, quilts, barstools with cushiioned seats. I had shown Simone the flood that covered the floor of my unit and caused the items above to develop mildew. She took photos.In my other unit, I had large pieces of feces and animal urine staining the tops of my boxes in the unit. The manager (Ashley?) took photos.In the unit I am currently renting 1006 - the door is in need of service - it is very hard to lift and also crashes down suddenly.I do not believe this particular facility is well maintained. I also feel it is dangerous for me now that I have moved into 1006? And discovered the door is probably not going to be repaired.
