Customer service was outstanding Malissa was great

It’s nice, clean, and the perfect size I was looking for.

Person i dealt with wasn’t very pleasant and when i went to the unit to access the “welcome” bag that contained the lock i had to purchase, the unit was dirty. Pieces of sheetrock (drywall) was on the floor along with debris that came in under the door. By placing the “welcome “ bag in the unit that wasn’t clean showed that the employee didn’t care that the unit wasn’t clean. When i stopped back in the office to inform the employee that there was sheetrock pieces on the floor, she then offered to sweep it out. It should have been move in clean when she placed the “welcome” bag in the unit. I told the employee i will come back, take a picture of the dirty unit and clean it myself. Completely disappointed this time. The last time i rented a unit at this facility the two male employees were top notch. Unit was spotless and they were very pleasant to deal with.
