Some of the boxes were filled with what appeared to be ants. Had to open boxes to remove insects before placing them into U-Haul truck.

Mike and staff clearly explained the highpoints of the contract. They were very accommodating and professional. Mike, especially, was very helpful when I needed to end my lease and deal with any outstanding balances.

The multiple rate increases and by the amounts they increased were surprising and honestly frustrating. Felt a little “bait and switch”. We would have utilized the unit for several more months is the rate didn’t climb to the point it became too financially painful to keep it. In the long run Cube Smart would have made more money.
