The only person working in your storefront six days a week CAN NOT get the rates correct. However, the facility looks very nice. We will see what we think after we move in!

Clean and new facilities.

I requested the truck to move my belongings out of storage a month prior to the move. I was also told they don’t make reservations but clearly they do. I never received a call that it wasn’t available. The manager claims someone called and left a message. Never attempted to call or send an email again. Not apologetic for the mistake. Attempted to get the truck the next day and was told they were short staffed and no one would be there on Sunday. Manager was unwilling to remedy this issue.

The new manager there has the best customer service ever big shout out from Budget Movers. We ran a lot of storage bins from CubeSmart thank you and have a good day.
