Terrible increases of rent

Pleasant, professional experience.

All staff have been exceptional and attentive. For the most part everything was kept clean and in good climate. If anyone asks for a recommendation, I would have to answer honestly that the rates continue to increase once in. We had to leave due to the increase in rates. We were in a 10x20 and rates increased to $391 including all fees, it was too much.

Facility is always pristine. Service reps very professional. …. Only gripe is that rental fees fairly rapidly increased in increments to $200/month. Felt like a bait and switch.
