I have 3 more storage units in other city locations..The monthly fees you chargeAre 3 xs the mo. Fees of all the other storage places. And my other units are twice as big.Though The onsite managers Keven were kind and professional.

Terrible staff very rude

Good access, great customer service and secure. We had out stuff in there for far to long and never had an issue. The manager was nice to work with and was always willing to do what she could to take care of our needs. Like when we needed to downsize our unit and then up size again and finally our move out. I hope we never need another unit again but if we do this is where we will go.

Office staff were helpful

The Oceanside location consistently had issues. Including but not limited too homeless living in and around the units, gates broken, the lift broken, not having access to a cart when needed. During 2 1/2 years there, there was multiple changes in the manager, and even a time with no manager onsite for a period of time. I did not feel safe to go to the storage unit by myself.

Very dirty.Rodent and roach issuesPayed for a stupid insurance that didnt cover my damages to my property due to rodent feces, urine and eating my furniture.

Price slowly increases

My unit was broken into, no one told me... Then i discovered others had been robbed as well... that and the inconsistent gate hours and the raising costs... would not recommend

Because the prices were amazing
