The Oceanside location consistently had issues. Including but not limited too homeless living in and around the units, gates broken, the lift broken, not having access to a cart when needed. During 2 1/2 years there, there was multiple changes in the manager, and even a time with no manager onsite for a period of time. I did not feel safe to go to the storage unit by myself.

Very dirty.Rodent and roach issuesPayed for a stupid insurance that didnt cover my damages to my property due to rodent feces, urine and eating my furniture.

Price slowly increases

My unit was broken into, no one told me... Then i discovered others had been robbed as well... that and the inconsistent gate hours and the raising costs... would not recommend

Storage was broken into, you can hear mice running around in other storages and there is just an overall lack of cleanliness in the area.

nice clena and friendly staff

No issues other than maybe dust on belongings but then again my stuff was in there for a year. There are homeless people in the area and vehicles parked for a long time but I still felt CubeSmart has security measures in place that are working.

The property is clean and well-kept. The Administration staff is pleasant, but they are often unavailable when you arrive at the property, and they are not very good at returning phone calls when you leave a message. Lastly, you have crept up the storage rental rates too damn high.
