Friendly people in the front office and decent monthly prices.

The facility is clean and well kept and the rental process is incredibly easy. I needed a quick storage solution and had never rented a unit before I easily searched for what I needed and completed the rental online within minutes. I went to the facility to get my lock and Tina at the Odenton facility was wonderful and amazing. She walked me to my unit, explained how everything worked, made sure the unit was clean and let me know how to reach her if I needed anything. I will absolutely go back if I need a storage unit again.

The facility is very clean. The staff I have dealt with are friendly and professional. The price is slightly higher than normal but made up for the cleanliness of the facility.

The manager, Tina, is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting the best value. She also ensures the place is kept very clean and safe. I feel comfortable keeping my items there.
