Although I was happy with the cleanliness and the customer service (Tina is amazing), the constant rent increases were really obnoxious.

Tina is awesome! I'm a return customer specifically because she is always professional, attentive and consistent. If/when I need future storage needs, I will seek out CubeSmart only because she is there.

The facility is very clean and Tina is always willing to help. I rented a second storage and she made sure the second one was in close proximity of the first unit. I thought that effort was awesome and for that alone, this Odenton store has a customer for as long as I live in the city.
